The 01xRay e-store is run by an official Yamaha Accessories dealer, KEYFAX NewMedia Inc., which means that you're buying goods that are designed to work with your 01x and in many cases have been specifically selected after multiple product tests to find the optimum complementary item.

We are also an independent dealer, and an independent producer of music software. This means that we can offer not only guaranteed and tested Yamaha products but also a range of innovative third party products

We run similar stores for Yamaha pro keyboards (Motif Series, S90), the AW Series Recorders, DTX e-drums, and our own branded products at Keyfax.com, and have done so for more than 10 years.

1. Yamaha Accessories: Items include Yamaha plug-ins, DVDs, pedals, stands, mLAN expansion units, and much more. Everything here is 100% guaranteed to fit/work/be to your satisfaction. If it isn't, return it for full credit or money back. While some of these items can also be found at music stores, we specialize in these accessories, so we know what they are and how they work. Finally, if an item is listed here it will be IN STOCK unless specifically flagged as temporarily on backorder.

2. General Accessories: Items include music technology books, & DVDs, mics, monitors, cables, and third party products from companies like Presonus, Arturia, Swar Systems, Music Sales, etc. We offer general accessories at the very best prices. Plus, as with our Yamaha Accessories division, we understand and use these products. And we keep them in stock.

3. Exclusive Products: Content libraries such as the Twiddly.Bits MIDI Sample libraries that will run on any DAW, plus native format products for Cubase, Sonar and Logic.

When you go to the CHECKOUT we give you the best range of automated shipping options, from Next Day UPS to US Mail, to download (where appropriate) - i.e. no shipping charges at all!

If you have a Fed Ex account we can also ship Fed Ex, but we do not offer a user-selectable Fed Ex service.

All products except branded Yamaha hardware accessories can be shipped Worldwide.

We have chosen USPS (US Postal Service) as our Automatic International Shipping module since this is the ‘best price’ option. However, it is our current policy to ship all international orders with a value of more than $100 via UPS only. This is due to a high number of lost, stolen, and heavily delayed packages in the USPS system. If you would like a shipping quote before your purchase, please contact orders@keyfax.com with a list of the items you would like along with your address. We will then contact you with a quote.

We ship Mon-Fri within PCT in USA. If your order is received within this time period it will normally be dispatched Same Day unless we need to contact you in advance.

Downloading is the quickest, and most cost-effective way of buying certain items on the 01xRay store. It is also extremely simple. Here's how it works:

Items that can be downloaded contain a DOWNLOAD option that you will see as soon as you add the item to your Basket. If you do not see a DOWNLOAD option we do not offer the item for download. (We're sure you appreciate how difficult it is to download a pair of powered monitors, but books and DVDs 'could' at least in theory be downloadable but we do not yet offer this facility). Select a product's DOWNLOAD option and choose "Download Only" in the "Ship Via" drop-down box.

Along with confirmation that your order has been successfully processed you will be given a URL where you may go to download your order. This is simply a temporary URL for immediate use. It will only be displayed for 5 minutes.

You will also be sent an email confirmation of your order and this will contain a second URL that you may use for up to 72 hours to pick up your order.

If for any reason you are not able to pick up your order using either of these methods, just email orders@keyfax.com and we will send the order to you direct by email.

All downloads are delivered in a .zip file that can be opened on a Mac or PC by double clicking on it. If WinZip is not already installed on your computer this may be downloaded free of charge at http://www.winzip.com/ddchomea.htm. Inside the .zip you will find the product itself, plus a PDF manual.
